Darwin Project - On the Origin of Species
Following the success of the Floral Project we are continuing with a natural theme. We would like you to draw inspiration from the life and work of Charles Darwin. Consider his voyage aboard the HMS Beagle, the new species of plants and animals that he discovered, documented, and that ultimately led to his seminal work ‘On the Origin of Species’.
As with previous projects you are asked to design an original print artwork which can be used to transform garments from our current collection of dresses, tops, leggings and printed accessories.
As always your designs need to be contemporary and of a high standard. Designers of winning entries will be awarded £300 and have their work realized and sold through the Beta Fashion store. Click on the download pack for further details and submission guidelines.
