I love this print, well done! @thinley lagangpa I find your comments very very arrogant especially as all your designs look the same, n'est-ce pas?
Absolutely stunning! As others have commented I am completely fascinated by the design - it seems to suck you in just as if one was staring into the ocean. Please don't be discouraged by the comments of thinley laganpa - if there are zillions of prints like this where are they? - certainly not in any dress shop, designer or other wise I have visited!
I've seen zillions of prints like this,i dont see anything new , with the kind of research you have explained , i would expect a lot-lot better then this. But you can never judge, people have different likings. Good luck!
I've got to say this is my upmost favourite. The colours are amazing and it really does make me feel like I am in the deep blue. I am the same as Alice Bridges, I can't stop looking at it!
fair enough about the plankton :p
@ Rachel, plankton comes in many shapes, you can google image it and you should be able to see where the inspiration came from. In all my designs I try to take inspiration rather than being too literal. @ Disha, I went for the geometric shapes to offset the organic aspects of the print. My design is for fabric & when draped on the body, the shapes would be broken up and will appear a lot softer than it looks on screen. Thanks to all for your comments :)
where are the plankton?!
intruiging. I've been staring at this for ages
The concept is quite interesting but the traiangle and squares are not happening
This is gorgeous, has a retro feel!
