Delivery
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.
UK Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £50 and £1.50 for orders below. Your order will most likely be sent out via Royal Mail.
Order tracking is not available for standard Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive.
We cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you order by 4pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day.
The cost of Next Day Delivery is £3.50.
Orders made over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning, so if you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order.
A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, so you are able to follow it all the way to your front door.
The carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm.
EUROPE
Deliveries will be made within 8 working days from order via Royal Mail special recorded delivery.
Delivery within Europe is FREE for orders over £75 and £3.95 for orders below.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
USA/CANADA & REST OF WORLD
Deliveries will be made within 8 working days from order.
The cost of delivery to the USA/Canada & Rest Of World is fixed at £5.95. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Please be aware that your parcel must be cleared by customs.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged outside the European Union once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It is a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
